Refund/Return Policy

At Orysha, every piece is made to order to reduce waste and support intentional production. Because of this, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. Your satisfaction and experience matter to us, and we will do everything we can to assist you. 

Defective or Incorrect Item Replacement

Each Orysha piece is created on demand, which means we only replace items that arrive defective, damaged or not as described. If something isn’t right, reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and our team will send a replacement free of charge. We encourage customers to check our size charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size adjustments due to the nature of our production process.
